What happens during an appointment and how long does it take?
Your appointment at Golden Dreams Mattress is a private, concierge-style experience guided by a Certified Sleep Science Coach. We begin with a short conversation about your current sleep habits, comfort preferences, and any health concerns. Then you can unwind with a complimentary massage chair session and beverage to help you relax. Using our Autopilot smart bed technology, we measure your body’s natural alignment and sleeping position to recommend the perfect firmness, support, and pillow height. You’ll then test a handpicked selection of luxury mattresses — each dressed in premium sheets — while we fine-tune your comfort. Most appointments last 60-90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore, ask questions, and make a confident, informed choice without any rush or pressure.

How long does it take to get my mattress after I order?
All of our mattresses are custom made to order, ensuring you get the perfect fit for your comfort preferences and sleep needs. Typical delivery time is between 5–14 days, depending on the brand and build specifications. We’ll provide you with a clear delivery window at the time of purchase and keep you updated throughout the process. Every order includes our white-glove delivery service, so your mattress arrives in perfect condition, set up exactly where you want it, and ready for your first night’s sleep.
