Return & Comfort Exchange Policy – Golden Dreams Mattress
At Golden Dreams Mattress, we specialize in providing a luxury mattress shopping experience through private, one-on-one sleep consultations. Located in Carlsbad, California, our showroom offers a carefully curated selection of high-quality mattresses, bedding, and adjustable bases tailored to your unique sleep needs. Because of the personalized nature of our process, our return and exchange policy is designed to reflect the quality and customization of each purchase.
All mattress sales are considered final. However, we do offer a one-time comfort exchange on Helix and Avocado Green mattresses as part of their 90-night sleep trial. To qualify, customers must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights, allowing their body time to properly adjust. The exchange must be initiated between nights 31 and 90, and the new mattress must be of equal or greater value. A mattress protector must be purchased at the time of the original sale to be eligible for exchange. A $350 redelivery fee will apply.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, and adjustable bed bases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom-made, non-stock, and special-order products are also non-cancelable and non-refundable once the order has been placed.
If you experience any issues with the performance, comfort, or craftsmanship of your mattress, we are happy to assist with warranty support. Please ensure the product is free from stains, damage, or abuse and retain your proof of purchase. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve any qualifying warranty claims in accordance with their policy.
