Return & Comfort Exchange Policy

At Golden Dreams Mattress, we specialize in providing a luxury mattress shopping experience through private, one-on-one sleep consultations. Located in Carlsbad, California, our showroom offers a carefully curated selection of premium mattresses, bedding, and adjustable bases tailored to your unique sleep needs. Because of the personalized nature of our process, our return and exchange policy is designed to reflect the quality and customization of each purchase.

Comfort Exchange Program

Golden Dreams Mattress offers a one-time comfort exchange on all current mattress brands. A minimum 30-night break-in period is required before an exchange can be requested. Exchanges are available between nights 30 and 90 from delivery, for a mattress of equal or greater value. A $350 redelivery/restocking fee applies to all exchanges. To qualify, a mattress protector must have been purchased with the original mattress. Adjustable bases, opened pillows, and opened bedding are final sale and not eligible for exchange. Custom-order cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Custom Comfort Mattress & Naturepedic — Component Exchange

For guests who purchase a Custom Comfort Mattress or Naturepedic mattress, we offer an additional option: individual internal components or toppers can be exchanged to better serve your comfort needs, without requiring a full mattress replacement. Please contact us directly to discuss available options for your specific model.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, and adjustable bases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom-made, non-stock, and special-order products are also non-cancelable and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

Warranty Support

If you experience any issues with the performance, comfort, or craftsmanship of your mattress, we are happy to assist with warranty support. Please ensure the product is free from stains, damage, or abuse and retain your proof of purchase. We will work directly with the manufacturer to resolve any qualifying warranty claims in accordance with their policy.
